Our selection process ensures that we match qualified candidates with open positions. It’s important that we find the right person for the job: A self-starter who has good time management skills, is financially motivated and honest.
Follow these steps to begin the selection process:
- Submit a request for more career information
- Preliminary phone interview with Ed Carney, Director of Career Development
- In-person interview with Manager or Sales Director
- Take the online Real Estate Assessment Profile (REAP)
- Second in-person interview to analyze your REAP results
- Enroll in a real estate program and pass license exam
