What is the Real Estate Assessment Profile (REAP)?
This skills assessment will be sent to you via email after your first in-person interview and takes approximately 45 minutes to complete online. It measures 14 different skill sets proven to contribute to real estate success, comparing you to similar characteristics found in the top 200 agents in Coldwell Banker. Once the results are analyzed, the Manager or Sales Director will call you back in to review your strengths and see how you can use them to your advantage in real estate sales.

What is the average timeframe for the hiring process from beginning to end? The complete hiring process could take anywhere from 1-3 months because of the time it takes to complete school and obtain your license. There are also background checks required by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
